All raw materials purchased meet the national environmental protection standards. The density board is made of Furen brand E1 grade medium density fiberboard, the wood veneer is imported from abroad with 0.6mm thickness, the solid wood is made of high-quality domestic and foreign solid wood, the fabric is from well-known brands like Zhida and Yuanzhicheng, and the paint is "Dabao" eco-friendly paint.

Our JISI Group is equipped with high-quality machinery to ensure precise product processing. The equipment is specially designed for furniture production by the German brand Jintian Haomai. A large-scale wood drying room is installed to maintain the wood's moisture content at the required level for each processing zone.

For example, the moisture content of furniture in northern China is controlled below 12%, while in southern China it is kept below 15%. In European and American countries, the regional control range is between 8% and 12%. The factory is equipped with a 2000-square-meter professional dust-free spray painting room to ensure that the product's surface paint film is full and free of dust particles.

There is a professional furniture design team, each designer has many years of furniture development experience, every drawing to production must be confirmed by the customer and the designer, to ensure that every product is in line with the customer's expectations.
